Tommy enjoys coaching and he is confident in sharing his knowledge and experiences with aspiring juniors. He believes he is able to help his students by sharing his experiences after having competed in several high levels in golf. He also trained in Thailand for a year, at the age of 14 which gave him the opportunity to play alongside the top players in Thailand and the top player on Asian tour at that point of time, Baek Seuk Hyun as well. This has benefitted him in many ways and would like to pass down the knowledge and experiences he has learnt along the way.

"I believe that the mental aspect in golf is equally as important. Having the chance to train in Australia with several mental coaches also helped my game tremendously which will benefit my students too."
